Welcome.
Mission.
My passion lies in supporting people to learn the skills necessary to live their best life at every stage. There are times in life when a professional perspective is needed, and my goal is to provide for psychosocial and emotional healing, helping to navigate difficult circumstances and provide for a supportive environment where each individual can achieve growth and fulfillment on their terms.
I have many years of experience working with people of all ages and have focused my expertise on helping young adults dealing with the realities of independent life, parents and those who care for children or other dependents with the stress and challenges inherent in this role, and people on the brink of or experiencing intended or unintended life changes, such as changing jobs, the challenges of new relationships, divorce, loss, and grief. I am also here to support those who have been diagnosed with an illness, those close to or in retirement, and those nearing or in their elder years.
I aim to support people in these transitions with kindness, thoughtfulness, and an awareness of diverse life experiences. I will meet you where you are emotionally, and I will talk, listen, support, teach and reflect. I would love to walk this journey with you.
If you are considering counseling, please review my experience and training, and information about services and fees. Please call or send an email message if you would like to set up a free consultation to determine how I can best meet your needs.
